Shipping policy

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery and collection options are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and address details.

Local delivery

We offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius of our Guernsey location for £5 per order. There is no minimum order value. Local deliveries are normally completed within 1–2 working days after the order has been processed.

Local delivery is offered only when the delivery address falls within the eligible radius shown at checkout. If local delivery is unavailable for your address, please choose collection or contact us before ordering.

Free collection

Collection from our Guernsey location is free. Stocked items are usually ready for collection within 24 hours. Items marked Available to Order will be ready for collection once they have arrived from our supplier. Please wait until you receive the ready-for-collection notification before travelling, and bring your confirmation email when collecting your order.

Delivery delays

Delivery and collection times are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur because of weather, busy periods or events outside our reasonable control. We will provide an update where possible if a delay affects your order.

Incorrect, damaged or incomplete deliveries

Please check your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact sales@orchidandglow.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant. This does not affect your statutory rights.

International shipping

We do not currently offer delivery outside Guernsey. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide information about delivery charges and any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges.
